Returns Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused and in resellable condition
• Items must be returned in their original packaging

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

• Your order details
• A photo of the item

We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect
• We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
• Please allow a few days for the refund to appear in your account

Shipping Information

We currently fulfil and dispatch all orders from the UK.

UK Shipping 

UK orders are dispatched using Royal Mail and are typically delivered within 2-5 working days. 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout 

 International Shipping 

International orders are shipped using a tracked delivery service wherever possible. 

Delivery times vary depending on destination and local postal services. 

Please  note the international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, handling fees, or other charges applied by the destination country. These charges are not included in the shipping cost charge by Fly Up High Adventures and are the responsibility of the recipient.
